Zebra crossing lights still flashing after stripes on road removed

Reported via desktop in the Safety concern (traffic or pedestrian) category anonymously at 10:06, Mon 30 September 2024

Sent to TfL 4 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS6532096.

The zebra crossing has been replaced by pedestrian lights, however the Belisha beacons are still in situ and flashing. I drove along this road in the dark this morning and it is both confusing for drivers and dangerous for pedestrians who may still think the zebra is in use, even the roadworks to remove the stripes on the road have been completed.
