Blocked drain affecting 463 Finchley Road property

Damp in our lower ground floor unit. we have been advised that this issue of damp to be related to the shared rainwater system on the main road at the front of the building. The pipe work runs on the other side of the internal wall where the damp has appeared. It appears that shared rainwater system has defect below ground which is allowing water to run towards the area of concern. It is causing a health and safety issue and damage to the building. Please investigate ASAP.
