  • Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. You may be aware TfL’s computer systems have been targeted in an ongoing cyber incident. TfL is working closely with the National Crime Agency and the National Cyber Security Centre to respond to the incident. Whilst there is currently no disruption to our transport services and customer data, we are experiencing severe failures to our software systems and internet access which is impacting multiple applications. This situation is also impacting our Streetworks systems and as a result you may experience delays in receiving responses to permit applications, phone calls and email correspondence. Access to our external facing systems including the London Works suite of applications is also impacted and TfL is currently working to restore these services. If the issue persists, please raise another report or contact our customer services team on 0343 222 1234.
