Lights have been changing to red too quickly, letting only a couple of cars at a time at best. Causing massive queues and making it difficult to come out of the Powys Lane. Issue has been getting worse last couple of weeks

We have therefore referred it to our contractors, and you should see an improvement within 28 days.
