The green arrow for right turn not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6537338.

When driving down Hampton Hill High St towards the A311 junction the green arrow is not working for the right turn. This is dangerous as vehicles on the edge of the yellow box get trapped and would potentially be hit by buses doing a left turn from the A313 into the A311. So they have to get out of the way by doing a right turn on a red light. Accident waiting to happen
