Lights not working properly at the crossing between A315 and B455

Hi, there is a problem with the lights at cross between Ealing Road and Thames high street. The lights are no working properly and we have to wait even 10 minutes. The lights never change. I’ve been at the same roundabout weeks ago and it didn’t work that time either. It seems the lights for turning left or right don’t work, or the red light is on for almost 10 minutes while all the other lights are constantly changing. I hope this will be looked into very quickly as it’s very frustrating. Thank you.
