Traffic light is stuck on red
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6541221.
The green left arrow used to come on first when cars from the other side were doing a right turn But now we just sit there on Kingston Road until both left and right lane can go
Cars are going through red as they know it is clear from the other side and even the pedestrian green man works according to the old system where cars were allowed to go left when green arrow showed
