Temp light seems stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6585893.

Traffic not flowing correctly as temporary light seems to be stuck on red too long. There was already an accident with a car and bus yesterday. A bus was just waiting about 20 minutes to go and traffic could not go left or right and bus behind constantly with hand on his horn. Its getting pretty horrendous. Issues every day. The traffic that had waited in the end just all drove through the red light.
