Bus stop closed but not indicated

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6609132.

Hello, I was waiting for the bus at 8:34 am today on Sunday 13th of October. The bus that arrived just went right past (despite seeing us) with the bus driver waving. At the next stop we then obviously had missed the bus, but a lady that had gotten off told us that Staple Street is closed. This is not indicated on the bus stop in either direction, and the online tool also showed buses running from there. I am heavily pregnant so having to run for a bus I then missed was extremely inconvenient. Please make it clear if this bus stop is closed.
