Dangerous Loose Manhole Cover

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6609896.

Just saw a cyclist fall on The Highway going over this loose manhole cover, which has already been flagged recently by various other users. Super busy road with cars flying by, easily couldve ended badly.

It is also extremely loud every time a car passes over it, 24/7.

Can you please fix this ASAP and cover this manhole cover.

If the area of the drain cover is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days. How has this still not been fixed?! I cannot understand how this is allowed to continue for so long.
