Cyclists never stop

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6623826.

Cyclists do not stop for the red light outside china hall gate. Many times I have almost been struck by cyclists when trying to cross. Please post an officer there at peak times to dissuade repeat offenders
