Please see attached photo of path way along A3 Tolworth Rise next to under path, overgrown with stinging nettles and other weeds. Plus, a table top was dumped there a few years ago, and it's still there.

This is along A3 motor way coming from Tolworth roundabout on Tolworth Rise ,265 bus route heading for Putney Bridge takes this direction, exactly alongside the walkway that takes pedestrians under the A3 motorway.
