Pavement regularly blocked by parked cars

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6637122.
This K9 “security” van is regularly parking on the pavement obstructing passage for pedestrians. There are two school entrances within 100m and the parking causes dangerous overcrowding leading to pedestrians walking into the cycle way.
