Timing for pedestrian crossing out of sync

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6651205.

Cyclists are getting a green light while pedestrians still crossing. Seems the digital countdown has stopped. Has been like this all day. Cyclists obviously don’t have the courtesy to let the pedestrians get to the safety of the other side of the road before taking off. It’s a shambles.
