It’s been months that I want to report this. But I always hope someone will do something about it. It’s an absurd, sometimes the his takes over 30 minutes to arrive. Bus stop is crowded, no spaces for elderly people or pregnant. Bus says 3 minutos , and after half an hour you been waiting the bus decides to show up. It’s time to review the business plan and see that the demand is much higher than the number of buses running, 132 should be every 10 min AT least. The bus is always full, meaning high demand!! Please put some extra buses running from O2 stop D. This is really !!!!! Elderly made standing for 35 min waiting for the bus (initially coming in 5). ABSURD
