Loud Manhole Cover Center of junction

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6677959.

There is an extremely loud loose manhole cover which has been making noise 24/7 every time a car drives over it. It is right in the centre of the junction.

Can you please fix this ASAP so we can sleep

If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair.
