Pymmes park bus stop there is a subway.there are 3 lamps.All 5 bulbs not working

There are 3 lamps E445,E446,E447.all 5 bulbs are not working.only one bulb works.The passage is really dark even we cant see.The issue is since April 2024.nobody solve

We have now referred this to our contractors, and this will be fixed during our next scheduled works, or sooner if possible. If this issue is related to a power outage this may take longer. Now 9 lamps not working: please come urgently. W274 (lamp number) W275 W276 it is dangerous at night, it's very dark.
