The underpass has been filled with concrete. First the underpass was cornered by railings. Then a bollard was put up at the side of the road blocking all visibility and now materials are being held in this areas making any little visibility impossible. I have nearly had several accidents and it will be bad! This turning is not easy at the best of times!
