Real time display not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6684004.
The real time display totem located between bus stops B and C in North Greenwich Bus Station is not working with nothing displayed. Please can this be looked into and fixed. The similar totem display at the top of the escalator from the underground station is working correctly.
