Traffic light stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6686301.

Traffic light stuck on red on billet road, leading onto whalebone lane north. Only noticed it on 2/11/2024 at 7:30am, however, it was already causing drivers to get impatient and drive through.
