Notice on the end of diversion is incorrect
Reported via mobile in the Incorrect timetable information category anonymously at 21:08, Saturday 2 November 2024
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6687889.
The diversion was advertised to be finished at 6pm today on November 2nd. However, when we asked the two bus drivers (381 and then 1) if the diversion has finished, they both said no and this was around 6:30/45 already.
This notification was also advertised online on your bus status alert and we planned our route home based on this, which made this really disappointing. My sister and I were carrying heavy luggages so waking was not an option.
Whilst waiting for the bus too on Bus Stop C, I saw an elderly man with a cane who was waiting for a bus to go Galleywall road and he was also expecting to be able to go home okay since the diversion should have finished already. I felt really bad for this elderly person.
