Confusing traffic light indications - one may be knocked out of alignment

Reported via desktop in the Safety concern (traffic or pedestrian) category anonymously at 08:36, Wed 6 November 2024

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6699688.

I was on a northbound 276 bus yesterday, at a red light waiting to turn right from Stratford High St into Great Eastern Road and the bus station. I noticed that one of the two traffic lights in the middle of the junction was showing red for "straight on", but the other one was showing green. I think one of them may have been knocked out of alignment.
