It's not possible for cyclists to use the crossing.

Reported via desktop in the Roadworks category by Jonathan Lake-Thomas at 09:14, Wed 6 November 2024

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6699881.

It's not possible to cross at this cycle crossing as the pedestrian/cycle RED/Green man are not functional. I think barriers have been put there because of the danger if people do try to cross. If you have to go to the crossing further towards Epsom, the lights take ages to change and it's difficult to cross. It would be good to have some signage to say how long the work is expected to take and if possible some temporary lights for cyclists/pedestrians so they are able to use the crossing.
