Traffic lights out and temporary ones phased wrongly

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6709920.

It’s ridiculous that the traffic lights have been out for nearly 6 days and the temporary ones are phased so badly that traffic around Tolworth and the roundabout is almost grid locked. You must be able to see this on your cameras. Why is nothing being done about the lights being fixed and why is someone not attending to sort out phasing?
