Traffic light stuck on Red light

The temporary traffic light is stuck on red light the woolwich & Thamesmead area affected badly is a nightmare. Why are you making the people’s suffer ? That rubbish temporary traffic light is rubbish is not the first time this is problem solved occurred what wrong with you peoples ? Why are you not doing your job properly? The temporary traffic light location is SE28 0FE junction with Plumstead . We need it fix urgently , peoples will die if is not fix tonight.

We have reported this issue to the contractor on your behalf and requested that they attend the location as soon as possible.
