Traffic lights turns red quickly and not enough time to cross

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6756010.

Several issues with these particular pedestrians light at the junction of Willow Way on Dartmouth Road: 1. time to cross is not sufficient 2. lights turn to red every 12 seconds even if there's no one waiting to cross and makes a loud beeping noise. 3. due to the lights changing to red constantly, the beeping noise lasts the whole day causing nuisance to local residents.
