Please fix this damn traffic lights always stuck on red for at least 1an minutes

These traffic lights on the junction of west Drayton road leading onto the Uxbridge road are always causing problems for people to go right to Hayes or left to Uxbridge. They stay red for a long time causing nothing but stress and delays. Is there someone who can fix them properly and once and for all. Or will it take the accidents leading to death to react. I have taken a screenshot of this and other complaints and I will be showing them to people concerned should the inevitable occur, if these lights are not fixed causing an accident. Sheer incompetence on your behalf in not getting this resolved.
