Traffic light on Star Lane E16 near DLR

The traffic lights on Star Lane E16 near the crossing is heavily delayed. Cars are standing for over 5 minutes, cars are now doing the red lights due to the long waiting sometimes the lights dont change it’s dangerous for the on coming cars

  • We thank you for your enquiry regarding the operation of the traffic signals at the junction of Manor Road/Star Lane and are sorry to hear that your journey has been delayed.

    We have investigated the current operation of these signals and found some issues with the design of the traffic signal strategy which have now been resolved; there do not currently appear to be significant delays at this junction. The junction is presently operating without faults having been reported and should now be functioning effectively.
