Traffic lights not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6834526.

Traffic lights at the junction of spring Lane, lower Addiscombe road and long lane are all out and not working. Extremely dangerous for road users and pedestrians. This is also a major bus route for buses 130, 312 and 289.
