Timings causing high levels of congestion

Timings of the traffic lights at the Redbridge roundabout are causing high levels of traffic and congestion especially at weekends and the weekday peaks. Lights are green for only 20 -30 seconds and cars cannot move due to congestion ahead. This is affecting all traffic lights across the roundabout.
