Count Down Not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6846217.

Customer called to complain for nearly a moth Dagenham East Station Stop 'N' the count down has stop working.

Elderly customer are unable to find out when the next bus is arriving.

Customer request u8rgenbt action to have the count down restored.
