INSANE Noise Pollution

This loose manhole cover has still not been fixed!!

This is the busiest road in London, and there is severe noise pollution as cars drive over it day and night, 24/7. And this has been reported multiole times for months now, with nothing done.

This is a complete disgrace, and needs to be fixed ASAP
