Pedestrian crossing traffic lights keep changing to red.

The pedestrian crossing traffic lights at the access point to Mayfield Lavender keep changing to red when there is no one there. They remain red for long periods causing long traffic queues, particularly the traffic coming from Banstead.

30/12/24 This has been happening all week. Every few months this happens. Can these pedestrian lights have a notice stuck on there for Out of Service until the problem can be fixed once and for all. It's beyond a joke now how frequently this happens.
