Deep pothole on Rochester Way above the bridge

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6872574.

This pothole was already "repaired" 2 years ago, but it looks like need to be fixed again. Why not looking at the cause rather than applying a small patch that will need to be fixed every 2 years?
