Pedestrian crossing beeping noise

Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 14:50, Thu 19 December 2024

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6881590.

The pedestrian crossing beeping noise is very loud and goes on every 5 minutes when someone is crossing, it's very loud and annoying beep that affects the paradise park flats quite a bit. is there no other way this can be done. some have a clicking sound or at last make it more quiet. its causing a bigger problem than it solves.
