Stuck on red - safety concern

Issues with the traffic lights at Myddleton avenue. The traffic lights take a while to turn green. Most vehicles are passing the red traffic lights. Was requesting a camera to be fitted through to capture those drivers driving past.
There is issues with the pedestrian crossing. When exiting myddleton avenue, the proximity of pedestrian crossing turning green and red are causing confusion. The traffic exiting myddleton avenue is being affected.

The lights here are still a problem. Drivers are ignoring the red lights when exiting Myddleton Ave because they take so long to change.
