Secondary Signal facing the wrong way

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6899097.
The secondary signal for the northbound traffic off Blackfriars bridge has been twisted left. This means north eastbound traffic coming off of embankment see a green signal on the twisted secondary while their primary signal is red, and pedestrians are crossing in front of them.
