Wait button not working

Reported via mobile in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 19:00, Sat 28 December 2024

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6905615.

Thought the wait button didn't work on only one side of the road but it's playing up on both sides, sometimes lighting, sometimes not and sometimes lighting and then clicking itself off without the lights changing. This is a massive crossing point for school children so would be grateful if this could be looked at.
