Pedestrian lights changing to red every 7 seconds with no button pressed
Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 15:08, Tue 31 December 2024
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6915910.
The pedestrian lights outside Whitehall School on Cowley Road going towards Uxbridge are changing to red every 7 seconds even though no button is being pressed by a pedestrian. This in turn is causing absolute mayhem to the traffic congestion early in the morning on a weekday. The traffic backs up some mornings way back to the Iver Lane junction. This is unacceptable to people who are trying to get to work on time especially as this problem has been reported at least twice before within the last three weeks. Please can this small but very impactful problem be sorted asap, many thanks
