Damaged bollard

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6920266.

Damaged bollard at newington causeway. I can see this has been reported initially. The bollard was removed however customer travelled at 4am and her tyres got stuck against tge bollard hole. There was no warning sign or hazard showing bollard damage or uneven surface. Please investigate and resolve accordingly
