Pedestrians hazard

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect (uneven surface / cracked paving slab) category anonymously at 15:44, Thursday 2 January 2025

TfL ref: FMS6922703.

I have reported this issue before and it has been going on for a very long time. The 100% Hand Car Wash on Purley Way, at the side of National Tyres and Auto care. This area is constantly wet and is a hazard for pedestrians. Cars are still frequently parked leaving little space for pedestrians to walk while being wiped down and makes it difficult to walk on the pavement and close to the busy bus lane. Can this service not have a soakaway? Thank you, Christina
