Countdown unit not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6935322.
The bus Countdown LED display is all black (at the Aldersgate/Barbican bus stop BB, No. 73081) (travelling towards St Pauls) and has been like this for several months. It was fixed some months ago, but that only lasted for three weeks.

The Countdown unit was working last week but blacked-out again on Monday earlier this week, as it's now been all this week, i.e. still blacked-out.

The Countdown unit started working about two weeks ago but blacked-out again on Friday, then on Monday it started displaying an "Authenticating" note which it's been displaying all week.
