Electrical door was seen swinging open on many occasions. This was previously reported to TfL with action scheduled then closed, and another case mentioning it’s not TfL to report. This is on the pavement off Eastern Avenue, and therefor falls under TfL responsibility. Please refer to be shut, it’s dangerous and swings open on people.

If the area of the drain cover is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days.
