There is slippy mud on the road surface by the pedestrian lights

Reported via Android in the Debris in the carriageway category by David Ford at 21:11, Tuesday 7 January 2025

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6947899.

For a long while, whenever it rains; mud and a slippy surface arises where pedestrians and young children cross. There is no avoiding it and it is a continuous hazard. Water pools here! Why cannot a proper safe surface be provided here? The immediate area needs lighting from the crossing lights as it is in pitch darkness too. Happy to meet up and show somebody?
