New Tarmac works have been carried out via TFL/Camden Council. These works have not fixed the leak and in fact made the leaks worse. There are various other leaks which have occurred on the ceiling to Anytime Fitness, this is causing heavy damage to the commercial gym equipment and heavy losses to the business.
As these leaks are entering the building via a public demise please can this be investigated and resolved as soon as possible before any further damage occurs to the fabric of the building, gym equipment and loss of business.
