Flooding on slip road entering A4 near Boston Manor road.

There is frequent flooding on the A4 slip road near Boston Manor Road. Using the A4 heading east and turning left into the slip road near the top of Boston Manor road there is often a large pool of water effectively closing the right hand lane turning back west enabling use of the Boston Manor road towards Half acre. After heavy rain it is always almost blocked with deep water blocking half the road affecting cars. Have noticed this several times in the recent past. Not usre if reported before. Thank you.
