Traffic pedestrian lights not working

• I am writing to bring to your attention the malfunctioning traffic lights on West Drayton High Street, located near West Drayton Station, between Bentinck and Tavistock Roads.

  These lights have not been operational for several weeks and are not turning red to allow pedestrians to cross the road safely.

  Addressing this issue as soon as possible is crucial, as older adults are attempting to cross in unsafe conditions because the traffic lights are not functioning properly.

  Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I'm hoping for a quick resolution.
