Water leaking from the road to the cellar

At kings head pub, 115 Upper Street we have water leaking to our cellar from the street (part of the cellar in the picture is directly under the pavement) whenever it rains. I reported the issue originally to the Islington council but they directed me to you since this road is maintained by TfL.
