Faulty lights

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6968019.

@TfL Traffic lights Jct Burdett Rd and Bow Common Lane (E3) seem to be faulty. Southbound green signal for traffic on Burdett Rd is only showing green for approx 7 seconds. Traffic problems, buses delayed.
