Bus timings

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6970596.

The bus is frequently running early or late with no in-between. Just today, my app said I had 5 minutes to get to the bus stop (the bus stop is at the very maximum a 2 minute walk from my house, no longer but maybe less) and yes when I turn the corner I see the bus pulling away from the stop and refusing to pause to let me on. This is disgusting as it has made me late for work many times or it had made me spend stupid amounts of money to get an uber!! . I always check the time and yet the bus doesn’t keep to schedule. If the bus is at a stop early it should wait for the correct time to depart. I would like some compensation for this as it has happened too many times
